4. Credits and Billing
Free accounts receive a limited number of comparisons. Credits are consumed upon each successful comparison. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Paid plans (when available) are billed as described on the pricing page.
5. Document Ownership
You retain full ownership of the documents you upload. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process them solely to provide the comparison service. We do not store your documents after processing.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI explanations are generated automatically and may contain errors. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Always consult a qualified legal professional for decisions based on document changes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that comparison results will be accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaleidoDocs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses resulting from reliance on comparison results.
